Accelerate

Earners of this badge participated in a 2-day in-person people management program with a focus on creating high performing teams. Participants expanded their knowledge and skills in people management via a subject matter expert, as well as peer-to-peer, activity-based and experimental learning. Over the 2 days, participants built on areas such as their self-awareness as a leader, their role in creating an inclusive and psychologically safe environment, and how to provide clear and actionable feedback.
